Kuzumi on Discord

Kuzumi (formerly Clanker) is Arb's AI Discord bot: a sarcastic robot (she/her) who chats, draws, translates, looks things up and plays music.

How do I talk to her?

@mention her in a message, or reply to one of her messages. She doesn't read messages that don't mention or reply to her. You can also DM her (chat, pictures and translation work in DMs; music doesn't).

She looks things up on the web by herself when a question needs current info.

How do I play music?

1. Join a voice channel.
2. Type /play with a song name or link. Pick the source: YouTube (default), SoundCloud, or Arb's library (Arb's own music collection; it autocompletes albums and tracks).
3. Use the buttons on the "now playing" message to pause, skip or stop.

Good to know: - YouTube playlist and Mix links queue the songs from the one you linked onward. - Spotify links work too: she finds each song on YouTube. - If the top YouTube result for a search can't be played (for example a movie YouTube sells), she tries the next few results. A short search can still land on the wrong song, so add the artist if it does. - She leaves after 3 minutes with nothing playing, or after 1 minute alone in the channel. - /volume goes from quiet to loud; the default is 50.

Does she remember me?

Yes, a little. After a chat with her goes quiet for a few minutes, she writes short notes about lasting things you told her: the games you play, your pets, running jokes, plans. She skips sensitive things (health, money, where you live) and gossip about other people. Notes stay in the server where you said them.

• /memories shows what she has on you. Only you see it.
• /forget with a number from /memories deletes that note. Set everything to True to delete all of them.
• Her notes can be wrong or out of date. Just correct her in chat and she updates them.

Can she treat me a certain way?

Yes. Tell Arb how you'd like her to treat you (for example, roast your aim but leave your job out of it). Arb adds a short note for you, and she uses it in every chat with you. It changes only her tone, never what she will or won't do. Ask Arb if you want yours changed or removed.

She's not answering

Make sure you @mentioned her or replied to her. If she's still silent for a few minutes, tell Arb.
